Open Departments

Go to the Departments area to create the ministry structure your leadership team wants to manage inside Masata.

Add each ministry area

Create the departments your church runs, such as worship, media, youth, children, administration, outreach, or prayer.

Assign the right leader

Set the department leader so ownership is visible and the wider team knows who is responsible.

Review department usage over time

Adjust names, leaders, or structure if the ministry model changes so the workspace stays accurate.
