Go to Groups to create the smaller operational or ministry units your church uses for ongoing coordination.

Create the group and connect it to a department

Add the group name, assign the leader, and connect it to the right ministry area so visibility stays intact.

Bring the right people into the group so you can use Masata to keep track of ministry structure and ownership.
